AVIOx oxygen sensor
Reliable & Economical
The Heart of the AVIOx Oxygen Probe is the SIRO² Zirconia Oxygen Sensor. Interchangeable with all existing Carbon Control Systems. The heart of the AVIOx Probe is the Siro2 zirconia sensor which was developed in accordance to ISO 9001. standards. It's applications are many: Heat Treating, Brick Kilns, Ceramic Glazing, Boilers and other High Temperature Processes.
Introduction
The AVIOx Carbon Sensor is a direct and con-tinuos carbon potential sensor. It provides measurement accuracy of 0,05% of carbon over the temperature range of the sensor. Its unique patented design features a cylinder of a special zirconium oxide formulation, welded into the end of a alumina tube by means of a eutectic process. The resultant homogenous structure provides the most rugged element design. External connections are made with a quick disconnect 4 pin plug.Maintenance
AVIOx does not require frequent maintenance and cleaning. When cool it can be cleaned with a soft brush. No calibration is required. The only part of subject to wear is the outer electrode which can be renewed at AVION factory. In the event of carbon buildup, it can be burned out with the furnace.
AVIOx probe specifications
